- Order Process: To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Once you submit an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.
- Shipping: We offer standard delivery across India, which usually takes 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address, pin codes and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier, however we are available to you at all times during our working hours to assist you with your order.
- Order Cancellation: Once an order has been dispatched from our facilities, it cannot be cancelled. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so please review your order carefully before checking out.
- Returns and Refunds: We accept returns and offer full refunds only in case of damaged products. If you have received a damaged product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order. We may request photo evidence of the damaged product to process your return and refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
