Ingredients:
- 1 cup broccoli florets, blanched
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp garlic seasoning
- 1 cup whole wheat pasta Gustora, boiled
- 1/2 cup sweet corn
- 1 tsp spreadable agar agar
- 1/2 cup warm water

Recipe:

In a food blender, add blanched broccoli florets, walnuts, garlic cloves and olive oil, and blend it to a smooth paste.

In a pan, add 1 tsp oil and sauté the broccoli, walnut and garlic paste.

In a bowl, take warm water and add spreadable agar agar to it and mix well.

Add it to the pan and add salt, pepper and garlic seasoning.

Add sweet corn and boiled pasta to it.

Mix well and simmer cook for another minute or two. Serve warm with crispy taco shells or as in with a sprinkling of Parmesan.
